1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Fresh Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
3 Green Peppers
Clean the green peppers, slice into medium strips and then cut in half to make bite size pieces.
Place peppers and all ingredients in a bowl with a lid. Make sure there is space for the peppers to move around. (No need to use an expensive zip lock baggie, you are just coating the peppers with the olive oil mixture). Shake the container to make sure all of the ingredients are spread around.
Place peppers in a baking dish uncovered. Bake at 400° for about 20- 25 minutes. We like our peppers still slightly crunchy so 20 - 25 minutes usually works depending on how big I cut the peppers! I also stir them at least once so I can check on them and decide if they are cooking "fast enough". If you like a "more done" pepper, leave them in longer (but keep an eye on them!)
